LaTeX Source for performance-examples.pdf

This directory contains the source .tex and accompanying graphic files
to create the PDF output.

To generate the PDF, first make sure you have the required LaTeX
packages and styles. The packages depends on your current TeX install.
Some packages that you may need include:
   fancyhdr comment listings svn xstring

I use several of my own style/class files. I've included them in a
separate archive available at:
   http://ict.siit.tu.ac.th/~sgordon/source/sdgstyles.tgz

Download and unpack into a directory such as:
   /home/user/sdgstyles/

Then set the TEXINPUTS environment variable to include that directory, e.g.
   export TEXINPUTS=${TEXINPUTS}:/home/user/sdgstyles

Now you can generate the PDF using pdflatex:
   pdflatex performance-examples.tex

Often my lecture notes include images from the class textbook. As it is a
designated textbook for my course, I have access to the images (as PDF)
from the textbook. I have cropped and included them in my lecture notes.
However I have not distributed those images in this archive. Instead I
have replaced them with generic placeholder images. If you want the
original images, contact me and I can point you to where you can obtain
them.

Contact me if you have problems or need other resources.
